    My cat is walking crouched and can't fully stretch.
    He fell off the window sill and this morning is walking crouched but is not making any noise or anything when I squeeze. Could he have twisted his back on turning during the fall? He is still eating fine.

    Try bringing him to the vet

    Yes, he could have injured himself, possibly internally. How long ago did he fall?

    The suggestion that he be examined by a Vet is a good one.
