    Thank you!

You really should take your cat to the vet and have it check out. May I ask how do you know it was a stroke?

Just wondering why the vet didn't give you any advice on what to do. I would call your regular vet and ask for advice. If the cat is younger it might be able to recover. I think there is medicine that may help. If it is older you might want to have it put to sleep. It depends how servere the stroke was.

Your cat may have a blockage in a major artery. You need to take her to a regular vet that will advise you on further treatment.I know you vet bill was probably to the roof, most emergency vets charge an arm an leg,and treat the problem at hand and refer you to a regular vet.I hope things work out for you and your cat.I would keep a close eye on her,she could still be experiencing residual effects of the stroke.
