Where is the MAP sensor for a Ford F-250 SD with the 5.4L located?

Can anyone help me and tell me where the MAP sensor is located on my 2000 F-250 with the 5.4 engine?

Also, what would cause it to only get 10 to 11 mpg on the highway, at 65mph?
