    Were is the coolent sensor at on the2006 ford f-150 5.4 at
    Fail safe cooling is on but engen not over haeting coolent leavel is good

    Inside the degasser (coolant reservoir). A replacement degasser is fairly expensive; therefore, some people just disconnect the connector going to the sensor. It's located beneath the degasser.
