Unique 95 Honda Accord LX Wagon plugs foul out
I got a unique problem the plugs foul out all the time with oil ( I think? maybe coolant) but after a change of spark plugs it cranks first time every time. I've had this car in the shop many times. It went to a guy I was told was the best in town and I know is a good decent trustworthy guy,who says he can not pinpoint the problem. He has suggested replacing the engine for around $1,500 but assures me this may not fix the problem. PLEASE ANYONE HAVE INSIGHT ON THIS THAT'S HELPFUL. I love the car, other than changing plugs everyotherday car's in great shape it'd be a shame to lose with doubt.

. How many miles are on the vehicle?
. Is the engine using oil?
    . Has it ever overheated?
. Has the head gasket ever been replaced?
. Has the engine been well maintained?

Honda's got 143,000 roughly not that bad for a Honda I don't think. The vehicle doesn't use any more oil than the other vehicles I own. Yes it overheats a lot I'm neverending topping off w/coolant. No Head Gasket has not been changed I just recently flushed system and added Bar's Leaks Head Gasket Repair seems to have stopped leak from the block. This car has a very good history it was used as car for Honda to transport parts and has an extensive keep-up record log since I've owned it I change oil every 2,500 and replaced Radiator, Thermostat, and plug Wires as well I keep an extra set of good plugs in car at all times because the plugs foul out so much. Any thoughts?

Yes, my sense is that the head is warped and causing all the trouble. It will likely entail machining the head, repairing any damaged valves, and replacing the head gasket. My advice would be to have the work done at Honda or a shop specializing in Acura/Hondas.
