Any turn signal I have worked on meant removing the steering wheel. This requires finding the hidden fasteners, maybe a wheel puller, and removing many parts including the air bag. Unless they have changed things, that could be a mess. If nobody else here can give more specific information, you need a good book. You may be able to find a real shop manual at www.factorymanuals.com for what you would pay for a much less useful book at the auto parts store. Also, many libraries have manuals that might have what you need.

Labman is correct it is a bit of an involved job requireing a few special tools. Namely a steering wheel puller, special tool to remove clip holding steering wheel lock plate on and of course your regular tools wrenches, screwdrivers and ratchet set. If your still interested Ill walk you through it. Let me know.
