    Tires for sable
    I have a 2002 sable with 215/60/16 tires was wondering if 225/60/16 would work on car

    Going to a tire that is 10mm wider than stock shouldn't be a problem, but to be absolutely sure you need to tell us the width of the wheel. Also - be aware that the overall diameter of the tire will be about 2% bigger than the 215/60R16, which means your speedometer will read slightly low.

    Those may work if installed as a set of four once you've verified fender well clearance.
    Don't overlook fender clearance problems once weight is added or the suspension becomes deflected.
