    Follow the Big Positive wire from the Battery to the Starter, Security Systems may add a relay to disable starting.

    Starter relay is typically located on the under hood fuse block. Most are blue and many say "starter relay ".

    Or under the Dash. They disable/disconnect the Start wire from Ignition switch.
