    Spilled gas in trunk
I spilled gasoline in the trunk of my car. Wanted to know if there is anyway to get rid of smell? The smell is pretty overpowering. I have been letting the car air out everyday since its happened but it still smells.

The trunk carpet and backing, and possibly the upholstery will likely need replacement.
Anything that can absorb fumes and odors will need at the very least need thoroughly rinsed and/or cleaned with a deodorizing shampoo. Any fumes remaining will take some time to dissipate.
