    1991 honda civic dash lights
My mom's dash lights, used to flicker, on, off then come on. Now, no dash lights. Headlights, shift indicator, turn signal, seat belt warning all light up. Just the dash gauges, tach, speedo, don't light up. Any thoughts?
    Thanks.

. Check all under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

. Check connections going to the Dash Lights Brightness Controller. If the terminals are bent, loose, or corroded, repair them and recheck the system. Replace Controller, if necessary.

. Check for a burned out bulb.
