Good luck with this! You should really just call Honda at 1-800-888-1009. Their website requires you to know several pieces of information that you might not have at your fingertips. These include:

    1. The VIN (on your driver-side dashboard, visible from the outside of your car)
    2. The zip code you used when you purchased your car (if you can believe it!).
    3. The phone number you used when you purchased your car (again, what!).
    4. The email address you used when you purchased your car (excuse me? ).
    5. The GPS serial number (turn on the car, after the GPS is on, hold down MAP, MENU, and CANCEL button at the same time for 5-10 seconds... then select UNIT CHECK from the menu that appears, then choose NAV ECU from the next menu that appears, and your Serial Number will appear).

Whew! You get two chances on their web site, and then it locks you out and tells you to call them. They're open M-F, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time.
