    Removing water from gas tank?
By mistake, I put radiator protectent instead of injector cleaner in my gas tank when it was 1/4 full of gas. I did not add gas to the tank. After getting the color back in my face when I noticed the lable, I drove it 1/2 mile to a parts store and poured in two bottles of dry gas. I drove three miles to my home, without adding any gas, with no missing or hesitations. There was white fumes coming from the exhaust. Any suggestions what I should do next?

Thanks for your quick response to my question. The 15 oz. bottle was "cooling system protector" by JB, with water pump lubricant. The two 12 oz. bottles were Thermo-Aid (99.9% isopropy) by Mac's (napa).

Siphon/pump out as much as you can and change the fuel filter; then, refill with regular gas and drive on.

I was told you can not put a siphon hose in the tank of a 2005 Ford F250. There is a black in the neck.

If there was a "block" how would you get gas in the tank? There may be a restriction but a small hose should work.

Do the 2005 F-250 trucks have a ANTI-ROLLOVER VALVE? It's a valve in the gas filler neck to prevent spillage of gas in the event of a rollover, Also prevents the siphoning of gas.

Water is going too sink to the bottom, I might try disconnecting removing fuel filter, attach hose from tank, catch any fuel, disconnect fuel line close to the carb, let it drain out or blow out, mouth and a piece of hose will work.
Turning the key should pump it out. If it has been running any length of time, it is probably gone.

Stratmando, that's what I meant and what most people do (pump) in these situations. PLOWS gave us minimal information regarding his vehicle, to begin with.

Disconnect your fuel line on top of your engine and turn the key it will engage the duel pump drain your tank empty then fill up with93octane the first time so u can burn out all foreign fluids and residue plus an octane booster would not hurt at all! Good lucc
