    The radio codes are unique to each radio. It's intended to prevent people from stealing the radio and using it. You'll have to contact the manufacturer. If it came with the car, contact the automobile manufacturer. You will need the serial number (that you posted), the vehicle identification number, and you'll have to prove that you own the car and the radio.
