    No Crank
'03 Honda civic hybrid--100,000 miles. Good batterey voltage--does not spin the "starter", when key is turned--checked both the in and the out clutch switches and both work properly.
This is new diagnostic problem for me -- having vast experience with all other forms of vehicles.
Haven't tried to push it to see if it will bump start yet. Next step??

Tried a pull start--no success! Dash lights all working, but tach didn't even indicate that the motor was turning. Hooked up a Super Actron and got "bad connection" try again--same answer with key on or off-doesn't look like Comp. is talking to anything!
