I'm having a starting problem with a 2004 Honda Civic.
I turn the key, lights on dash lite up and it does not turn on. No clicking. After 3 to 4 tries, it turns on.

Is my starter going? Is this expensive?

Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will charge batteries for free. Afterwards, clean the battery terminals and connectors. Ensure all connections are tight. Honda starter motors are very reliable.
