Did you check the fuses under the dash?

I had this problem once before in a 1990 honda civic. It turns out there was a main buss fuse under the hood that regulates the power from the battery. It was green and had a clear top. It had blown after replacing a battery. I just popped the top off and put some aluminum foil in there until I got to pick up the fuse two days later. Just don't use a lot of accessories as it might not be to safe but it will get you by until you can get the fuse. They run about 3.00

Yeh. booberry01 is right. It is probably the main fuse from the battery. The problem would be why did it blow? That would have to be a direct short or someone jumpstarting the battery terminals backwards in polarity.

Mine happened it was dark out and I couldn't see the colors on the terminals so I connected the positive first and then the negative instead of negative and then positive. LOL.. my bad I guess but was a easy fix. Honda dealer said they get old with age and will blow with little notice...
