    I have a 1990 civic HB with 1.5 liter 5 speed
    OK the head was blowing water so I got it shaved and checked and its fixed now but now I have another problem it blows a lot of smoke like grey smoke when revved up and won't stop what's wroong rings maybe?? Oil rings?? I have 180-185 compression all the way please help

    Oil rings seized? Maybe. But if it wasn't making all that smoke before, I wouldn't think that is your problem. Does the smoke have any odor? Be careful checking this! Any oily residue?
    Go back over the reassembly and make sure the PCV system and other hose were routed correctly.
    You could also have a faulty/damaged cylinder head gasket.

    Probably damaged valve seals when installing.
