Which sensor (bank 1 sensor 2 ) for v6 camry 1994... up or down o2 sensor??

My fuel pump isn't coming on I put a new fuel pump relay in but it still won't come on I'm going to try to find out if the fuel pump is bad so I'm going to run a hot wire to it and see if it comes on but I don't know witch wire is the hot wire on the fuel pump

I have a 1994 Chevy Cheyenne 6 cyl. Standard. When I accelerate the engine seems to bog down but when I let off the gas it seems to kick back in. When I push back on the accelerator it bogs down again. I have changed the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, plug wires, and distributer cap.
