I got water on my tank due to a recent gas station fueling, how do I get reinbursed ?
I filled up my tank last night, I was on empty, on a new 2011 honda crv only 1 month old. This morning my car will not start, I had to take it to the dealer and I was told that the gasoline has water. Its going to cost me almost $900 to repair, I went to the gas station to talk to the manager she stated there is no water on their tanks. How do I get them to reimburse me for my expenses?

You sue in Small Claims Court, present proof of when/where you filled the tank, get an expert's opinion concerning the water/fluid and how long your vehicle would have operated before not starting.
