Did you replace the thermostat? Are both heater hoses at the fire wall warm?

Check both heater hoses at the fire wall,to see if they are both warm.

If both hoses are warm it means flow is getting to and out of the heater core, and it might be a problem, with the blend door on the inside. It rulles out all other possibilitys up to the heater core. Such as the thermostat being stuck closed.
