Ignition on, Do you have power to fuse holder, and then out?

Can't be sure this model, but the Hazzard is usually a constant live circuit, and the signals,
Ignition switched. I would look under dash, in glove box and under hood, maybe a box with fuses, and relays. The flasher is usually round cylinder, Aluminum or black, or other.
    Usually pulls straight out.

Old Flashers would stop flashing when a bulb would burn out.
The Newer ones do a quick flash.
My first test when working with turn signals, is usually put on Hazzard and walk around,
    Replace any bad bulbs.
One of the things that is common between the 2, is the signal head.
At signal head connector. You will have wires that go to tail, stop, turn, and 2 power sources, (Ignition for turn signals, and constant live for hazzards).Oh and signal indicators.
    Good luck.
I didn't answer your question, but hope it helps

The turn signal/hazard relay should be the large, square relay, located in the top right section of the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Hey thanks tx, Even If I knew that, and said it was round or square, the way my day was today, someone would have said it is the green trianglar object.
I was trying to help until you got here. Take Care and Thanks again
