    Evap canister and valve for honda civic lx 2000
    Just curious how much parts and labor should be for replacing canister and evap valve for my car. Auto shop said around 450.00 $ just wondering if I'm about to be hosed or not...

    If you're able to do it yourself you would probably save about $100 or so but if you're not about to rip into it yourself then I would say it's about right. Plus you will have the work pretty much warrantied. The 2000 Civic has been known to have EVAP issues.

Thank you for reading.. I have an error code 1336 on a 2000 Honda Civic - I found it's a speed fluctuation sensor for rpm - or it's called a cfk? Anyway, it's misfiring on all cylinders codes and throws those codes on an OBDII and the 1336 code. Plugs and wires are new and Runs just fine for me...
