Acura Integra Check Engine Light ?
I was driving last night on the turnpike and my Acura Intega (123,000 miles) lost power for a half a second a couple of times then the check engine light came on and stayed on. I drove it home and checked all the wiring, vacuum lines. It started again without the light on and then happened again about a 1/2 mile away. I kept on driving and the car seemed to run o0kay for a few miles the it started again. I am going to change the fuel filter as a start. Should I start checking error codes??

Yes, check for codes. It sounds like it could be a problem with the oxygen sensor, where it starts O.K. and the CEL is off--then, when it comes out of "open loop" mode, the CEL comes on.

If it's throwing an oxygen sensor code, here's how to replace the sensor yourself:

Is there a section on how to retrieve codes? I do have a repair manual at home and I'll read it later.

You will likely have to locate the Service Check Connector, which is often located in a green or blue rubber mount. This mount may be located under the dash, about 1-inch from the right kick panel. Remove the 2-P connector, not the 3-P connector, and jump it with a paper clip. Then, turn the ignition switch to on and count the blinks and pauses of the CEL. Use a small screwdriver to pry the SCC from the mount.

It's a good idea to change the fuel filter every 60,000 miles or 4 years, whichever comes first.

Because of the age and mileage on your Integra, you should consider being proactive about replacing the Ignition Control Module and coil, both of which are problematic components, which can stop you dead in traffic. Replace them on your terms.

Here's a G.P. Sorensen ICM, with a lifetime warranty, for a good price:
