Why are you replacing this sensor? Is there a code/symptom?

    Are you ready..

The VSS is mounted on the transmission/transaxle housing near the Rt output shaft. Remove the retainer and clean the area completely. Before installing the new sensor, apply silicone to the seal and install.

The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is normally located on top of the transaxle.
