    89 honda civic will not turn over
    I own a 89 honda civic that will only start when I jump start it with another car. As soon as its started it runs fine, but as soon as I turn off the engine will not crank, only the lights on the dash light up. I replaced the battery and cleaned the terminals still nothing. Help.
