2006 f250 6.0L won't start changed fuel filters and icp sensor still won't start

Isit common for the exhaust back pressure to go mine has gone though two in two years

I thought I purchased bad fuel, seemed to be collceting water but sensor never came on, truck would practically shut down, drain water and start back up and run fine, changed filters, dropped tank off and cleaned it. Still doesn't seem to have the power it did.

At idle and take off engine has a miss or very rough accelaration. What would you recommend? By the way the truck has 275k on it. Other than the miss it runs great
