2005 Dodge Caravan Side Door Malfunction
My 2005 Dodge Caravan's left side door malfuntions in cold weather (less than 15 degrees F). The door will open appropriately but when the door reaches its opening endpoint it will not stay open. The door closes itself automatically. There is no malfunction at warmer temperatures. Any solutions or insight will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds almost as if the lube in the door's tracks is becoming too stiff at the colder temps. Cleaning the old lube and applying better lube may be the only way to alleviate that problem.
