1999 Accord LX doesnʻt want to start.
I have a 99 honda accord lx. In March of this year I took it in to Honda to service. They noticed that my car was not up to date with a recall, which was switching out the ignition, to where I couldnʻt pull the key out while driving. That was done, and ever since then, my car has a hard time starting. It dies out while driving on the road. Recently I had belts changed and now it doesn't want to start period. HELP??
