    1998 honda accord running hot
My 1998 honda accord v-6 keeps running hot, when I am in traffic or parked the temp would rise right away to near over heating I changed the top radiator hose thinking that was the problem then I noticed that reservoir was empty so I filled it up with radiator fluid and water a week later I had the same problem where the water and radiator fluid was gone and I can not seem to find the leak

You may have warped the head, where the coolant is now being burned or getting into the oil. Check your dipstick. Do you see white smoke coming out the exhaust?

I just serviced the car today actually and it was checked to see if any water or coolant got into the oil

Tarch, you may need to replace the radiator. Phosphate scale, due to minerals in the water, is likely blocking passages in the radiator.
