    1997 honda civic dx won't crank
    1997 DX honda civic will not crank . Has fuel pressure , has spark , main relay is good , Distributor is good . Its just turning over and will not fire and run ?

    If the CEL comes on and goes out after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), the problem is with the distributor. Usually, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil solves the problem.
