    The clutch cable may just be out of adjustment, assuming the clutch does not need replacing. Check, first, how to properly adjust the clutch cable. If that doesn't solve the problem, you likely need a new clutch.

    Why did you replace clutch cable, when is the last time you checked your clutch fluid?
