    1992 accord won't turn over?
    Makes a quiet click under the dash, like others described it has had issues on hot days but the engine would still turn over- starter or main relay? Please help this is my daughters car and she has a 2 yr old.

    If I had to guess without actually checking it myself, it sounds like the starter.
