    1990 Honda Accord not starting.
I have a 1990 Honda Accord LX and just recently it stopped running. When ever I try to start it all it does is just turn over. And I don't believe I have spark either. Now I have already took a quick look online and the most common fixes are Fuses, Main Relay, Igniter, Ignition Coil. And I have replaced all of those. I'm at a dead end here. I don't know what to try next. Any suggestions?

. Reading sections A and B should help:

. Make sure you test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Pay particular attention to the ACG (S) (15 A) fuse, in the under-dash fuse box. Here's how:

. Be sure and check for codes, answer the 3 basic diagnostic questions, perform the K-Test on your ECM, and check for spark.

I hope doing this bumps the message. My Honda still isn't starting. Ive already replaced the fuses, Main Relay, Igniter, Ignition Coil. I have spark but no gas is getting through. Ive checked the pump by connecting it directly to the battery for a sec to see if it turns on and it works. But when the pump is in the tank and I turn the ignition to ON the pump should come on to pressureize right? If so I can't hear it turn on. Right now the only two things that I can think of is either the fuel filter is blocked or while the pump is connected its not getting power.

1990 Honda Accord, cold starting problems [ 1 Answers ]

Full tune just performed. Now vehicle will crank but not start when engine is cold. After maybe five attempts, vehicle will start but is very "sluggish" (idle revs up and down sporadically). Check engine stays on and within 30 seconds the "S" light blinks. This happens about 95% of all cold...

My 1990 Honda Accord EX will only start when it is warm out. I have tried just about everything including a full tune-up which didn't help... My question is this. I was told that it might have something to do with the "ignitor". Has anyone ever heard of that or knows what it is for? Thanks...
