    1990 Honda Accord HVAC flow restricted.
    My 1990 Honda accord has almost no airflow on any setting heat/cold/fresh/recirc/a/c.
    Does anybody have any ideas?

    . Check all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

    A blown blower motor fuse or bad blower motor relay may be the problem. Check for both of these first in the under-hood fuse/relay box.

    . Check for vacuum hose leak that controls air ducts.
