    03 Honda Odyssey Fuel System
While driving the Odyssey it acts like it's not getting fuel consistently. RPM's fluctuate and it feels sluggish. It seems to be worse at 30-45 mph. It has 69000+ miles on it. Could it be something as simple as the fuel filter or needing fuel cleaner or something more serious. This grandma is on a fixed income and can't afford the high prices most mechanics charge.HELP

Yes, it could be the fuel filter, which should be replaced at least every 60,000 miles or 48 months. This should help you do it yourself:

I would also replace the spark plugs with the exact NGK plugs that came in the vehicle--no cross-reference plugs.
