Hi guys, I want to open a security busy with someone who has some security knowledge, we need to make a profile first of all, what do I need to put in the profile other than abit of history and what we intend to do? Also how are we suppose to get contracts from companies if we are just starting up so have had no previous jobs to show as examples?

First you need a business plan, not a profile ? Not sure what type of profile you are even talking about. And who it is for ?

You make contacts by phone calls, email, other advertising, and a lot of leg work going personally to various possible customers.

I have a business plan detailing; How, What, Where and When I want to start a business. But I have been told we need a profile/portfolio in order to take to clients to sell ourselves... is that correct?

You need advertising material, if you want to call part of it a profile, you list all the great things your company can do, list only positives. Us national data for showing how such services help. Do you have a partner with experience, for example, if I was part of a group, I would show how business partners have years of experience in law enforcement, investigation and more

What kind of security business is this concerning? Also, where did you get the outline for the business plan, please? By the way, a business profile would normally be a significant part of any business plan.

Employing security guards for man guarding sites,shops etc.
I got the outline for the business plan from a colleague why?
