    Weekly Reader Club?
When I was a little girl, my mom had us enrolled in the Weekly Reader program, where you'd get a new book every so often. I have scoured the internet, looking for such a program for my toddler, who is obsessed with books, and have had no success. It would appear that the Weekly Reader program is now magazines, not hard back books.

Does anybody know if such a club exists anymore?

I thought the Weekly Reader program was through the elementary schools. That's where we even received ours. Are you thinking of the Reader's Digest Condensed Books for Young Readers? I really enjoyed those, too.

You might also try Scholastic Books or Troll Publishings' websites

Well, I am certain it was Weekly Reader because the books have that printed lining inside the front and back cover. As for coming through the schools, I am not sure, but that is a good thought.

    Thanks for the suggestion!
