    Poem: Dust.Agatha Morley.
I tried to find a poem that I read in high school in 1987 called "Dust", I think. I am trying to find the poem again. I do not know who wrote it or what book I found it in. Here is what I can remember of the poem:

    Agatha Morley
    All of her life
    Grumbled at dust
    Like a good wife

    Dust on child
    Dust on a chair
    Dust on on a table
    She couldn't bare

    <... more... >

    Six feet under
    The ground she lies
    With dust in her hair
    And dust in her eyes

Well, I found the author's name in a blog where someone was quoting the
    poem:

Sidney King Russell puts it all in perspective in his poem, Dust.

Agatha Morley all her life Grumbled at dust like a good wife.
Dust on a table dust on a chair Dust on a mantel she couldn't bear.
She forgave faults in man and child But a dusty shelf would set her wild
She bore with sin without protest But dust thoughts preyed upon her rest.
Agatha Morley is sleeping sound Six feet under the mouldy ground.
Six feet under the earth she lies With dust at her feet and dust in her eyes.

I too have been looking for the rest of the poem. I read it in grade school, in the 60's, in a Scholastics book about Halloween. THANK YOU!

I remember that poem on a record I had back in the late 60s. The record is long dust, of course (No pun intended)
But I remember the word used was "Sin," rather than faults. (Or maybe "SINS"). But my hearing was bad, I may have messed up. I never knew who wrote it. But now I do.
