Hello everyone I was hoping someone could help me find a book that had short stories in it which I read about 15 years ago.
It was kind of a scary book and it supposedly had true stories in it but I cannot for the life of me remember the author or title of this book. One of the stories was called "the juju" or just "juju" it was a story about a man waiting for death to arrive which was his "juju" another story was of a man visiting a friend or mother or something and he was knocking on her door but she wouldn't answer even though he could see her right through the window and when he finally spoke to the woman weeks later she claimed she wasn't even in town and the moral of that story was that even people who are alive have ghosts and that's what he saw through the window when he was knocking on her door-her ghost. There are other stories which I cannot recall too well.. Please if anyone knows the author or title of this book do tell! Thank you.

Go to your local public library and ask for reader's advisory. They have print and electronic resources to find the titles of stories in short story collections.
