The book starts with the main character Renee she's in HS living in a busy city she is popular and she caught the eye of an attractive guy but her parents made a choice to move to a small town and so she and her family is now in a smal town where she has to start all over again...

In the book she meets a guy he is quiet and shy his character is like a cowboy he walks to school that's when Renee asked him if he would like rides to school. She finds out he takes care of his injure or sick grandfathe. They start to get close and date then when her old friends come for a visit with her old boyfriend one of her friends.

In the book it also mentions that Renee and the "cowboy" rescue an injured fox and nurse it back to health. If anyone knows what the title and author I would love to read t again.
