1.my touunge web percing hurts a little and its day 2 is this normal?
2.after 6 weeks can I just use a retainer all the time so my parents don't know

You're 13, how did you get a peircing done without parental consent?
I'm assuming that is the reason behind the retainer question, so you can hide it from your parents.

If it is true that you illegally obtained a tongue piercing, then I can understand why your mom is so hard on you. You appear to be out of control and heading down a very dangerous path.
