I got my tongue pierced 3 weeks ago I believe its healed but through the top and bottom it is really hard and its making it so the bar feels short and tight. Why is it like that? I don't think its infected because there's no puss but my tongue won't go down its really hard :(

Okay I just went to get my tongue pierced two days agoand the barbell is sinking into my tongue,my bar is long but my tongue is so swollen is to small do I ask the peircer if I can get a longer barbell or just wait tell the swelling goes down

My piercer told me to come bak in 2 weeks and he'll change the barbell to a smaller one for free... do you think if ii go back after one week he'll change it as long as the swellin is gone?
