    Tongue peircing and brass instruments?
    OK so I want to get a tongue peircing but I don't know if it will effect me playen the tuba... like I know it won't effect the saxophone but will it effect the brass playen??

    Having a tongue peircing will definitely effect playing the tuba, any brass or reed instrument.

    Really tickle? I don't play professionally, but I've never had any trouble. I guess if it was a bad spot right at the front of your tongue, but a good placement should keep you out of problems.. . I can totally see where it could have an effect while it was healing though, because of the swelling.
