    Transfer of custody
    I am a mother that transferred custody of my two children to their godmom and the judge said that I would have visitation at the godmoms discreation... well I haven't seen them in a year come November,and the godmom gave my daughter away and I don't know where is that even legal?what can I do to get my kids back?

    Is what she did by letting my daughter live with someone else legal?I voulantarry transferred custody.I live in ga and they live in Florida so can I take her to court here where I live?

    Call a lawyer and get your kidds back its not leageal what she done

    I do not believe that what she has done is legal. You will need to take her back to court in the same state that the original custody transfer took place. If neither of you live in that state then it must be in the state the children reside in. As for her not allowing visitation... again, take her back to court. None of this sounds right. Cathy
