    Price for small frog tattoo?
    Hey all
    I want to get a small tattoo of a frog on the inside of my lower ankle/ foot, it'll probably be about 3 or 4 cm long.. black ink with minimal shading.. any ideas on roughly how much this would cost, I can't find prices on the internet and haven't had a chance to go into a tattoo parlour

    Hello Jade,

    It could be any where from 60 and up depending where you go.

    I lucked out, I got my whole back done for free.

    They say the best things in life are free, I will have to agree! ;)

    It really depends on the shop you go to, they vary from place to place. Best thing to do is DO YOUR RESEARCH and find a place you want to go and call for pricing :)

    All tattoo parlours have a base rate, even if you just get a black dot done and not a picture they will still not go below their base rate.

    For a small tattoo I pay $50, only $10 over their base rate.
    You have to remember the time and cost involed in sanitising the equipment which is why they may seem pricey.

    For my larger tattoo I paid $120, it is roughly 3 x 4 inches.

    I go to who I think is the best and cleanest tattoo parlour near me.
