    Who can collect the ashes
Hi there my mother has just passed away and we cremated her today, there is currently problems between sibblings as to who can collect the ashes and who has rights to where they go, my brother was next of kin, but in the will she never stated who or where she'd like to do have them and who should have the choice, my brother was not mentioned on the death cert n didn't not pay anything towards the funeral as my mum had done it all.
