    How to deal with the loss of a boyfriend
    I lost my boyfriend on October 31st 2009 . He was killed and a part of me felt like it died with him . I loved him so much and cry almost everyday . I've talked to friends and family and been to a counsler but nothing has helped . Does anyone know what I can do to deal with this pain and depression ?

    I’m sorry for your loss. I’m afraid there is nothing you can do that you haven’t already done. Grief is a process we must go through when we lose someone we love. It really depends on the individual how long and how painful the process is. Do you have any religious or spiritual beliefs?
