Pimples are caused for many reasons. For example, bacteria like dirt that is on the face can cause a pimple to emerge. Or poor hygiene can also be a factor, because it is important to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize the facial skin to achieve healthy skin. Every person has different skin- i.e.. Oily, dry, normal, combination, sensitive, etc. And so every person has different ways they need to keep their skin healthy. The marks could be scarring from a pimple and you could try using mederma or vitamin E if they are scars. You should also consult a dermatologist if you have acne or scarring on your face.

Since lemon juice is acidic, it could cause pain if used on the skin. Why were you trying to achieve by putting the lemon juice on your skin. You may have sensitive skin, but normally lemon juice doesn't have to be used on skin.

If you were trying to heal the pimple with lemon juice, you should try other things. If you have acne you should consult your dermatologist. If it is a pimple, you should you a face wash [a cleanser and maybe a scrub]. You could also try different home remedies but be careful! You could try placing a warm wash cloth on the pimple. *I would also NOT recommend putting toothpaste on the pimple, because though it may work temporarily or maybe even appear to heal the pimple- toothpaste can leave scarring! You could also go to a store lik a supermarket or a CVS and try using a face mask.
