    Weird Face Rash
I have been searching the net and came across a couple of sites before this one. And to state right away nothing in my day to day has changed and I didnt eat anything I would not normally eat. This morning I woke up and my entire face was completely covered with barely visible bumps, almost like the first sitings of water blisters after a sunburn. The are barely raised and somewhat abrasive. They dont itch, burn and are not irritated. If anyone can offer some insite, that would be great. Thanks.

Were you hot or sweating at all. Could be a heat rash?

Are you using any new soaps?

If no answers here, best to seek out family doctors opinion.

Could be anything. I have noticed that my fiance's pillow makes my face break out. He drools in his sleep ( I know attractive right) and has skin that is much more oilier than my own. If I move over for some reason in my sleep and land on his pillow, the entire side of my face breaks out in this little rash. I would just put some cream on it, like nerosporin and if it doesn't go away in a day or 2 consult your doctor. But I'm sure it is nothing.

It's difficult to diagnose skin conditions over the Internet. You might have an allergic reaction to something. Clothes detergents, face cleansers or moisturizers can cause an unpleasant reaction in some people. If the rash hasn't gone away, you should see a dermatologist.
