Is it still fashionable to use stockings at work? OK to use them with Jeans?
I am an architect, recently shifted from Bangalore to a Kochi.

I have some scars in my legs as well as a mark on my foot. I use stockings - personally I don't like them because it is not comfortable for whole the day, sweat, smell issues...

Bangalore it was OK but here, I am the only one using stockings in my office, The stirs and attention makes me uncomfortable. I use them with Jeans also when I go to sites.

Is it still fashionable to use stockings at work?

Anything wrong in using them with Jeans?

Here the climate is bit hot- and whenever I go to sites, my legs gets sweaty and sticky. What is the best way to reduce these?

I don't see anything wrong with wearing jeans and stockings.
I know guys usually stare and give attention to women who wear stockings but it is usually more like they like looking at a nicely dressed women rather than like you are some odd ball from another planet.

I know younger women (like in their 20s) don't mainly because they are uncomfortable but I notice a lot of older women still wear them

Hi... I have worked for 25 years as a Model and Senior Promotion Team Player in the Fashion Industry... in my opinion stockings are more loved now than ever before by women of all ages... they are "Classy"... "Comfortable" for most and very "Feminine"... and they are worn with almost everything so please continue wearing something that you enjoy... for whatever the reason.

In my area high end law firms are still requiring them, also no jeans. Ever. Not even on dress down day.
